How To Use?
Place 1-2 drops on your finger tip. Apply to pulse points (eg. areas behind ear lobes, neck, wrist areas, behind shanks, etc.). Gently massage for about 5 minutes. Continue with daily activities. Avoid immediate exposure to heat or direct sunlight. Can be used at anytime of the day. Preferably use after bath and before sleep. May be used daily, not just on challenging months. 
 
How Frequent to Use?
Although product comes with predictions for challenging months printed on its labels, you may apply as frequently as you desire. However, should you experience nausea, headaches, skin/eye irritations, breathing difficulties and/or any other forms of unpleasant feelings, you may be allergic to some essential oils. Please stop using product immediately and consult your doctor or health professional.
